Achievement/Contribution
– Managed to recover claim in Bankruptcy process amount of IDR from total acknowledge claim amount of IDR 19 Bio
– Managed to recover the Bank’s Right to joining the Suspension of Payment (PKPU) process. Hana Bank submitted the claim in last minute because of dishonesty of the bad debtor and Bank succeed to submitted claim anyway and managed to remove dangerous clause in Composition Claim. Bank
succeed to sold the collateral and make full recovery. The Bank’s claim amount of IDR 5.4 Bio

– Managed to recover Bank Loss that caused by internal fraud through reporting to West Java Police Department and settled without continuing to the court (based on internal decision)
